Let me just start by saying how overwhelming buying a home appeared to be when my wife and I decided we were ready. I had no idea exactly where to start and what to do. Then I met Mark. I have to say that working with Mark Hoffman as a lender for our first time home purchase process was extremely helpful since we did not have much knowledge about the process. He explained thoroughly and in a very detailed manner the whole process without missing any point. He also fought to get us a lower interest rate than expected (which we locked previous to the closing of the house back in 2012) and tried his best to keep us from falling for the builder's lenders fees and tricky clauses in contracts. We ran everything to him for his input and he always gave us the best advise. In fact, after only 5 years we came to him again for the purchase of our second home and also for advise on selling our current first home. Working with Mark means peace of mind knowing that the whole process will go as smooth as possible.

The lender was great. Mark did a super job but title company was another story. Mark was diligent and "pushed" when things got stuck. Mark did two jobs in getting our house closed. Mark always made time to answer any questions and always communicated to keep us in the loop.

Mark was great from start to finish. He took the time to answer all of my and my wife's questions which greatly put us as ease. Two years later, he still emails us to see how we are doing and if we have any questions.
