After exhausting all avenues, and talking to many loan people, an agent friend suggested calling Mark Hoffman. I told him that I had been to several others, but no one could help me with my refinance. He told me what was necessary, and did get our loan through, and now we are enjoying a lower rate and payments because of his efforts.
