I have to say that working with Mark Hoffman as a lender for our first time home purchase process was extremely helpful since we did not have much knowledge about the process. He explained thoroughly and in a very detailed manner the whole process without missing any point. He also fought to get us a lower interest rate than expected (which we locked previous to the closing of the house back in 2012) and tried his best to keep us from falling for the builder's lenders fees and tricky clauses in contracts. We ran everything to him for his input and he always gave us the best advise. In fact, after only 5 years we came to him again for the purchase of our second home and also for advise on selling our current first home. Working with Mark means peace of mind knowing that the whole process will go as smooth as possible.
